Description
I am currently a nursing student and I have been working as a health and community carer for 1 year and half. I am passionate about caring and assisting vulnerable individuals, I am respectful, kind and patient to everyone and this has enabled me to always do my job outstandingly while putting individuals at the centre of my care and working hand in hand with relatives or other health professionals to improve the general health and well-being of the person. Am also flexible and good with communication especially when looking after the vulnerable whilst providing them with their basic needs and safeguarding them as they deal with different challenges affecting their health.
I enjoy cooking, baking, sports, travelling and watching television.

I don't doubt that Desree will make a wonderfully accomplished nurse in years to come. Her gentle, caring and polite manner toward her client is admirable. As you get to know her her confidence blooms and grows and she's very capable of carrying out her duty. She's willing to learn, be mentored and to assist in every way. She's respectful and intelligent. Caring can be stressful and demanding - it asks a lot, but it can also be very rewarding. Although appearing initially shy, Desree has demonstrated that she has the right metal and determination to succeed.
